Our connector series BL20 has got a new developed insulator body which gives a big improvement in view of cutting them down to specific pin counts. A small star-shaped opening between the contacts makes it now very easy to cut these parts very precise and get any pin count without a lot of time and effort. This is especially for our distribution a nice and remarkable advantage. When sawing this socket strips, the new shape of the insulator avoid any remarkable burrs on the insulator.

The new parts are available with immediate effect and can be ordered under the new part number BL20S-XXXU. The prices for this new version are exactly the same as for the old version. So there is no reason not to use this new version from now on. For sure, the old version will be available in the next future but due to declining quantities we expect medium term some price increases.

With that socket MPE-Garry offers the possibility of manufacturing SUB-Components completely in SMD-Techniques. Advantage: The entire components can be manufactured in surface assembly.
That special socket is an IO-connector of the SUB-Series. With the extremely flat height of 0,70 mm a very high and compact packing density can be obtained.

With a new series of 2,54mm crimp connectors together with mating pin headers MPE-Garry has completed his extensive range on this product group. All these new parts expand the existing product range in an ideal manner and now provide all imaginable combinations of board to board and wire to board connections.
The crimp housings are available as single or double row version with different coding and locking options. The crimp contacts are offered for use with AWG 22 - 26 wires and can be purchased either loose or on reel for automatic assembly. Special coding features on the pinheaders are taking care of a polarized mating between pinheader and socket. An effective positive locking system assures a secure connection even under rough environmental conditions. All connectors out of this new series can be used with an operating voltage of 250 VAC and a rated current of 3A. They are fully compatible with industries standard of other manufacturers and available within short lead times.
As a special service, MPE-Garry is offering all connectors out of this series as ready made cable assemblies.

MPE has completed its product range by a new and complete product family the 640 series.
Male and female terminal strips are offered with different types of termination. The female terminal strips are available as straight and angled solder types as well as vertical surface mount types (SMD).

Moreover there will be flat cable connectors (IDC) for direct soldering into the PDB. All pins can be ordered as kinked or snap versions. For perfect connections there will also be a snap-in function between the male and the female terminal strips. As a result also low pole numbers (2-row connectors from 4 to 20) can be mated securely. All connectors of the 640 series are RoHS compliant and have got a high temperature resistant insulator.
